Ground-floor chalet with a private garden, facing the swimming pools. Minimum stay: 3 nights Clarification: When making a reservation of three nights, departure is expected to be on the fourth day by 12 noon. Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for each week (or less). This is paid directly to the chalet owner and will be immediately refunded upon inspection of the chalet and key return. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received via InstaPay or bank transfer. Stay Extensions: If you wish to extend your stay, the rate will be subject to agreement, especially if the extension overlaps with the weekend. Cleaning Service: cleaning fees of EGP 800 to be paid upon reservation. Pets: Strictly not allowed Smoking: Allowed outdoors (outside the chalet) only Property Care: Please take good care of the chalet and its contents. Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests
